Who we are
At Elite Performance we strive to enable our clients to help themselves achieve balance, joy and serenity in their lives along with facilitating healing in times of injury and dysfunction. Restorative therapies, such as massage therapy, produce the best results when the client feels comfortable, peaceful and respected and they have confidence in their practitioner’s knowledge and experience. Our excellent reputation and our commitment to our field is a testament to our dedication to providing exemplary massage therapy services to our community.
Heather Norlander
Heather Norlander has been practicing massage therapy since 2009. She has attended the Massage Therapy Institute in Davis, California, where she studied medical massage, neural muscular reprogramming and oncology massage. She has also attended the Acupressure Institute of Berkeley and took classes at Harbin Hot Springs School of Healing. She began her career in Dutch Harbor, Alaska, where Heather worked in a Chiropractor’s office and her clients ranged from fishermen to oncology patients and everything in between. She became licensed in the State of Oregon in 2012 when she decided to move back to be closer to family and friends. Her most recent passion is in the groundbreaking field of MyoKinesiology, where the muscle-brain connection come together to promote rapid healing throughout the body.
Heather is married and a mom to four teenagers. They enjoy hiking, snowboarding and all of the outdoor activities that the area has to offer.
Brian Finley
Brian Finley enrolled in the Denver School of Massage Therapy after serving our country for seven years in the U.S. Navy. Following graduation in 2015, he accepted a position with a local massage center in the Denver, Colorado area. There he worked with athletes helping them prepare for and recover from sporting events. Brian moved back to Oregon and joined Elite Performance in 2016.
Brian specializes in deep tissue massage, sports massage and trigger point therapy, helping alleviate pain for those recovering from injury or surgeries, or those dealing with pain from stress or poor posture. He holds a Bachelors degree in Kinesiology from Oregon State University and is certified in MyoKinesiology.
Erica Odle
Erica Odle graduated from Ashland’s Institute of Massage in 2014 and has been practicing medical massage ever since. She has taken both upper and lower body in Myokinesiology classes in 2019 to help further her education and uses many modalities of massage including myokinesioloy, myofascial release, neuromuscular therapy and stretching techniques. These techniques are beneficial for increasing range of motion, relieving current and past body traumas and reducing stress.
Erica also specializes in deep tissue, swedish massage, medical massage, prenatal and cupping. She grew up in the area and recently moved back to help her grandmother with her farm where they raise sheep and pigs.
Suzanne Bonnen
Suzanne Bonnen received her massage education from Soothing Arts Healing Therapies School of massage in Destin, Florida where she was licensed in 2006. Previous massage work has been with chiropractors, spas and here in Corvallis at the OSU Student Health Services at Dixon since 2016. Employment at Oregon State University with Student Health Services ended in March of 2020 as the Covid-19 virus restrictions took place.
We are happy to have Suzanne join our staff at Elite Performance. She specializes in swedish relaxation, trigger points and has studied various other modalities, and is currently enrolled to study Myokinesiology. Suzanne is also a musician and has played harp to accompany relaxing chair massage. She currently teaches and performs piano and harp part time.
Rebecca Duce
Rebecca Duce is a 2018 graduate of Oregon School of massage and a member of the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals. She specializes in myofascial release, sports massage, deep tissue and relaxation massage. Her goal as a massage therapist is to assist and invite clients to actively participate in their own health and wellness.
During her spare time she enjoys spending time outdoors, over-landing with her partner and their handsome Weimaraner fur baby, training to walk in 5 & 10k’s and attending music concerts.

Irena Mitev is a graduate of Massage U in Silverton, Oregon. She holds a license issued by the
State of Oregon and is a member of the AMBP Massage Association. Originally from Macedonia, Europe, Irena studied at the University of Cyril and Methodius Medical School in
Skopje. During her medical studies, she developed a deep appreciation for the intricacies of the human body, becoming captivated by its anatomy and physiology. However, halfway through her studies, Irena realized that her true interest lay in natural methods of healing, rather than the conventional medical approach. It was during this time that she discovered the therapeutic benefits of massage and essential oils, particularly in the practice of aromatherapy.
Since graduating from massage school in 2006, Irena has dedicated herself to developing her
massage skills and expanding her knowledge of various techniques. These include Trigger Point Therapy, Deep Tissue Therapy, Cross Fiber Friction Therapy, Applied Kinesiology, Reflexology, Aromatherapy, Sound Therapy, Hot Stone, Shiatsu, Craniosacral Therapy, and Spinal Flow Therapy.
Alexandra Poling
There is an undeniable therapeutic aspect to Alexandra’s work. She believes massage doesn’t have to hurt to be effective, and so she aims for a gentle but firm touch that alleviates tension without leaving you sore. Alexandra has had the privilege of helping clients with chronic conditions improve their quality of life, as well as reintroducing safe touch to clients living with PTSD. Her undergraduate degree in Psychology and experience teaching massage classes has been the perfect background for her wonderfully balanced skill set. Her intention is to help clients reach their health and wellness goals in a safe environment.

Hannah Lorenzen
Hannah is dual licensed as a massage therapist and athletic trainer. She enjoys working with clients to not only provide physical and emotional relief, but to educate and give them the tools they need to be successful on their own. Hannah completed her massage therapy training from the Oregon School of Massage in 2023, and previously received a master’s degree for Athletic Training in 2020, and a Bachelor of Science degree in 2018 for Kinesiology with a minor in Psychology, both from Oregon State University. Prior to working primarily as a massage therapist, Hannah worked as an athletic trainer in physical therapy and collegiate athletics settings where she would perform injury and postural evaluations and implement rehabilitation plans. Hannah specializes in deep tissue, Swedish, cupping, and sports massage along with a variety of other techniques.
Being a true local from Corvallis, Hannah enjoys being outside whether it’s hiking or camping and particularly likes watching the sunset from Mary’s Peak. Other interests include running, soccer, and spending time with her rescue dog and family.
